Guidelines for Oral Presentation

  • Computer (MS Windows environment) and projector is available in auditorium 2. Please note that the conference computer is supplied with Office 2010 (at least)

  • Please bring your PowerPoint presentation (or any other PC based application, such as PDF) on a USB Memory stick and load it on one of the conference’ computers in the ”Area Técnica” on the right side of the entrance to the auditorium 2 at least 30 minutes before the start of the session

  • The use of personal laptop computers is not allowed

  • Presenters have to provide adapters for MacBook, iPad, etc

  • The recommended format for PPT presentations is 16:9. Please make sure to prepare your presentation accordingly. The official template to be used is available here.

  • Please consult here the link to the program including the session in which you are scheduled to present


Guidelines for Poster Presentation

  • Posters will be displayed on poster boards. The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high

  • Poster presenters may set up their posters on Monday, October 15 from 19h00 to 20h00 or on Tuesday October 16 from 09h00 to 10h00

  • The conference will provide the materials to fix the posters on the board

  • The presenter should be by the poster during the coffee breaks  on the day/session to which his/her poster was allocated in order to answer questions and discuss the main results

  • Authors shall remove the poster by the end of the conference (October 18 from 16h00 to 17h00). Remaining posters will be removed and disposed of by the organizers
