All prices mentioned are in Euro and inclusive VAT.

* Students will be required to provide proof of status (Student ID/ Letter from the University)

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to the conference sessions 

  • Opening ceremony and welcome reception

  • Coffee breaks and lunches

  • Conference materials 

  • Receipt of payment

  • Certificate of attendance

Conference badge
The conference badge should be worn by all participants at all times during the congress inside the venue as well as during social activities. Only participants wearing their congress badge will be admitted to the scientific sessions and to the social events.

Certificate of attendance

In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the WEFTA18 Conference, participants will receive a certificate of attendance in pdf format upon after the Conference has ended.


  • Payment through PayPal credit card is due at the time of registration

  • We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Eurocard/Mastercard and VISA

  • Credit card payments are processed through PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account.

  • Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration

  • A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices



  • The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes

  • The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

Cancellation and reimbursement policies

  • In case of cancellation of participation before August 20th 2018, registration fees will be refunded deducting a handling fee of EUR 100 per person. After this date, there will be no refund

  • Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration

  • Special requests for the processing of the invoice should be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices € 20 will be charged

  • All refunds will be made within 1 month after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted

  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
